The rules
In Snowmoon, Silverchat could not quietly change how it ranks and counts. A new algorithm hash "would come with a twenty-day delay". Here the rules are one file, its hash sits on Ethereum, and a new version counts only 20 days after it is published.

What the feed weighs
- Paid reach still unused45%cost times the share of places still open, so polls that need answers rise
- How new the poll is35%newer first, among the polls being ranked

Check it yourself
Read the rules file, hash it, and compare with the chain. Then rerun the feed on the public data. The hash proves which rules were published and when. It does not prove our server runs them; the rerun does.
